HCRG Care Group in Bath is seeking an experienced Head of Safeguarding to ensure outstanding safeguarding practices across the organization. This strategic role involves shaping the safeguarding strategy and working closely with internal teams to improve outcomes.

The successful candidate will have significant safeguarding leadership experience, a relevant Master's degree, and the ability to influence at a strategic level while working primarily remote across the UK.
