Set in 65 acres of beautiful Cotswold countryside, Old Swan & Minster Mill brings together two distinctive hotel buildings in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell, just outside Oxford.

We're looking for a Front Office Manager who enjoys leading people, delivering excellent guest service and taking real ownership of hotel operations.

You'll lead our Reception and Night teams, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome, efficient service and a consistently positive experience, whatever time they arrive.

What you'll do
Lead, coach and develop the Reception and Night teams, creating a positive and supportive working environment.
Oversee daily Reception operations, including guest arrivals, departures, room allocations, billing and service standards.
