£32,000 Basic | £39,000 OTE + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time | 45 Hours per Week (Including Saturday Mornings on a Rota Basis)

Our client is seeking a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful Oxford dealership team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service from start to finish.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring every customer journey is smooth, efficient, and professional.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming customers and delivering a first-class front-of-house experience
Keeping customers fully informed throughout the service and repair process
Managing bookings, follow-ups, and customer communications proactively
Advising on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service plans
Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Building long-term customer relationships through outstanding service and attention to detail
Working closely with technicians and the wider aftersales team to ensure seamless vehicle handovers and collections About You
We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for delivering a positive customer experience.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within the automotive industry or a strong customer service background
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a busy environment
A calm, professional approach under pressure
Confidence using internal systems and updating customers regularly
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every customer, every time.
