A well-regarded Legal 500 firm in Berkshire is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor to join its busy and growing property team. The Role

You will manage a diverse real estate caseload, including:

• 
  
• Acting on commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, and leases

Advising on development, investment, and landlord & tenant matters

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and related documentation

Conducting due diligence and reporting to clients

Managing matters from instruction through to completion

Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development initiatives
