Senior In-House Counsel – Corporate/Commercial Growth

Rentokil Initial in Crawley, ENG, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel (Corporate/Commercial) for an on-site role. The successful candidate will review, negotiate and draft extensive commercial agreements and manage a personal caseload supporting diverse business projects.

We expect at least five years PQE, qualification in England & Wales, and the ability to advise across subjects while coordinating with internal and external counsel.
