With a strong reputation in the market, they supply skilled and semi-skilled trades across a wide range of projects, building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. The Role Our client is seeking a driven and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their busy construction desk, focusing on blue collar roles including labourers, groundworkers, tradespeople, and site staff. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position combining business development, candidate sourcing, and account management.
