Senior Solutions Manager Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits Type: Permanent The Opportunity A leading international facilities management and workplace services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Manager to join its growth team. This is a strategic role focused on developing winning solutions for complex FM and workplace services opportunities. You will lead bids from qualification through to submission, ensuring solutions are commercially robust, operationally deliverable and aligned to client requirements. Key Responsibilities * Lead strategic bid opportunities from qualification through to contract award. * Develop innovative and commercially viable FM solutions. * Create service delivery models and supply chain strategies. * Support client engagement and pre-tender capture activities. * Develop bid-winning strategies and value propositions. * Coordinate operational, commercial and technical stakeholders. * Work with pricing teams to develop competitive financial models. * Identify and manage commercial, operational and contractual risks. * Lead bid workshops and review sessions. * Ensure governance and compliance requirements are met. About You * Proven experience in solutions development, bid management or business development. * Strong track record of winning complex outsourcing or FM contracts. * Experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services or Property Services. * Strong commercial and financial awareness. * Experience developing operational and supply chain solutions. * Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. * Strong presentation and communication abilities. * Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
