Title Checker / Residential Conveyancing Our client a leading law firm based in Chelmsford have an opportunity for a Title Checker to join their Residential Conveyancing Department. If you are an experienced Conveyancing professional with substantial legal property experience this may be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities * Title checking * Preparation of contracts * Liaising with clients, client’s agents, borrowers, buyer’s solicitors, internal departments * Dealing with post completion issues * Reporting on title , settling transactions and client reporting * Dealing with pre- exchange and post – exchange matters Personal Specification * Able to manage your own caseload * Excellent time management and organisational skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to think ahead , prioritise workload, respond to and manage changing circumstances and work under pressure to meet deadlines * Flexible and positive attitude to work Benefits * 25 days annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays * Life assurance * Income protection * Health cash plan , includes discounted gym membership * Employee Assistance programme * Car parking Apply Now.
