Offering services such as: Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Design, Architecture and Sustainability.

The Role: As Senior Project Manager, you will lead in the development and delivery of capital projects. The role will include some travel across London and the South East and on occasion to elsewhere in the UK.
You will work on various schemes including some of the country’s most important museums and significant heritage buildings and critical NHS projects to improve hospital capacity in London.
In addition, there will also be local authority refurbishment and education projects - values range between £100K - £100M.
Office Location: Central London (Farringdon)

Requirements for the Senior Project Manager:
*
4+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy
*
Have a strong technical experience of refurbishment/conversion/extension/new build, possibly from a building surveying, quantity surveying, architectural, or engineering background
*
Have experience of contract administration (ideally NEC or JCT)
*
Have a particular focus on driving projects through delivery to Practical Completion
*
Ideally chartered (MRICS OR MCIOB)
*
Experience in one of their listed sectors (ideally)
*
Thrive as part of a growing team, helping to mentor junior consultants and apprentices
