About the role

On behalf of our well-established client, we are looking to recruit an organised, proactive and detail-focused Office & Compliance Administrator to join their Head Office team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operation of the office, whilst taking ownership of a range of administrative, compliance, customer account and company processes. The successful candidate will be confident managing their own workload, maintaining accurate records and liaising with a variety of stakeholders including clients, solicitors, internal teams and external providers. Key Responsibilities * General office administration and telephone cover. * Maintaining accurate client and company records. * Managing ownership changes and onboarding new clients. * Completing AML checks and compliance administration. * GDPR and document management. * Administration of resale processes and responding to solicitor enquiries. * Maintaining company records, compliance registers and documentation. * Supporting industry accreditations and regulatory requirements. * Reviewing and approving statements and payment runs prepared by outsourced accounting providers. * Investigating and administering refunds and account queries. * Liaising with clients, solicitors, internal teams and external contacts. * Providing general administrative and operational support to the wider business. About You The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and be comfortable managing processes, maintaining accurate records and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. You will be: * Highly organised and proactive. * Accurate with excellent attention to detail. * Confident managing confidential and sensitive information. * Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines. * A strong communicator, both written and verbal. * Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks. * IT literate with good Microsoft Office skills. * Professional, reliable and able to build positive relationships. Previous experience within administration, compliance, accounts or a regulated environment would be advantageous, although strong administrative experience will also be considered.
