Head of Year: Champion Student Wellbeing & Attendance

Choice Teachers are recruiting an experienced Head of Year for a welcoming secondary school in Radcliffe, Lancashire. You will lead pastoral support for a year group, aiming to improve attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and progress across the cohort.

To be considered, you should have previous Head of Year or similar pastoral leadership experience in a school, with confidence in managing challenging situations, communicating with families and safeguarding procedures.
