Sub Agent – Kincardine Start Date: ASAP (target 15th June) Duration: minimum until end of 2026 (current programme runs to March 2027) The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to join a major civil engineering project based in Kincardine. This is a long-term contract role offering stability and the opportunity to work on a significant infrastructure programme. Working Hours Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will take a lead role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Duties will include: Overseeing quality assurance and testing processes Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) Managing site inductions Implementing and maintaining ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) Supporting day-to-day site operations and supervising works Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Requirements Strong civil engineering background (essential) Proven experience in a Sub Agent or similar role Demonstrable experience in quality, testing, and documentation (RAMS, ITPs) Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage site activities and work collaboratively with project teams What’s on Offer Immediate start available Long-term contract with continuity through to 2027 Competitive day rate (depending on experience) Opportunity to contribute to a high-profile infrastructure project If this sounds like you, apply here or send your CV to (url removed) Legal Information: We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work.
