Welders – Manufacturing Facility Join a global manufacturing company whose products are recognised worldwide. We’re looking for experienced Welders to join a leading manufacturing facility in Peterlee. This is a fantastic opportunity for skilled MIG welders who want to work in a structured production environment. A long-term 24-month contract with competitive pay and attractive incentives is on offer. Location and Working Pattern Location: Peterlee manufacturing facility Contract: 24-month fixed-term assignment Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus overtime Shifts: Rotating pattern – Days, Back Shift, and NightsResponsibilities Carry out MIG welding tasks to production standards Operate within a busy, high-volume manufacturing setting Read and interpret engineering drawings as required Conduct quality checks on all welds Maintain welding equipment and report any faults Follow health and safety regulations at all times Meet production and quality targets Contribute to continuous improvement activities  Must-have Requirements Proven MIG welding experience NVQ Level 3 in a relevant discipline (or equivalent) Ability to work rotating shifts Strong focus on safety and qualityNice-to-have Skills Experience in heavy manufacturing or fabrication environments Familiarity with lean manufacturing practices  What’s in it for you?
