Query Resolution Administrator

Our well-established national business, with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland, is looking for a Query Resolution Administrator to join its dynamic team based in Quedgeley. The core element of this role is to investigate, resolve and prevent customer account queries, working collaboratively across teams to ensure issues are addressed quickly and accurately. The role plays a key part in supporting Credit Control, removing barriers to payment and ensuring customer accounts are effectively managed. Key Responsibilities: -Investigate and resolve customer account queries -Support Credit Controllers with payment-related queries -Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries -Ensure queries are resolved within agreed timescales -Maintain accurate records of queries and resolutions -Support account investigations and resolution activity -Build effective relationships across Finance and other teams Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week Salary: £27k + plus excellent benefits including: -25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays -Healthcare Cash Plan (Medicash) -Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) -24/7 GP and prescription service -Employee wellness programme -Company pension scheme -Life assurance
