Contracts Manager - Main contractor

Contracts Manager Location: Initially based in Westerham, with the opportunity to work from Bromley or Tilbury once established in the role. Hybrid working available. Salary: £65,000 per annum Benefits: Company Car or Car Allowance, 33 Days Annual Leave (Inclusive) We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a well-established main contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a strong background in managing multiple projects and delivering successful outcomes across a range of contracts. The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to drive performance and maintain strong working relationships. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. * Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations. * Lead and support site management teams. * Monitor project performance, commercial outcomes, and contractual compliance. * Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business. * Ensure all health and safety requirements are met across projects. * Coordinate resources and subcontractors to achieve successful project delivery. Requirements * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry. * Essential: Previous experience working for a main contractor. * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * Good understanding of construction contracts, commercial management, and project delivery. * Full UK driving licence.
