Role Overview

• We are seeking a seasoned Legal and Governance SME to support a strategic design and transformation initiative over a 3-month engagement. The role requires a strong Legal, Governance, Risk, and Compliance professional capable of supporting operating model design, governance frameworks, process transformation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advisory activities across legal and governance functions.
• The SME will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to help assess current-state challenges, define target operating models, support transformation activities, and provide expertise across legal operations, governance, risk, controls, and compliance-related topics.
• This role is suited for a hands-on and pragmatic professional with strong communication skills, transformation experience, and the ability to operate in complex and evolving environments.
