A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based near Liphook for a Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of their luxury property. This is a key role in the kitchen as you will support the Head Chef in preparing meals for guests. You will work 5 straight shifts and prepare meals for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner service in the resort restaurant. The role is 45 hours per week with overtime paid.

The Role
Working in the fresh food kitchen preparing fresh, seasonal food
Encouraging and managing the Junior Chefs
Preparing meals for Restaurant & Functions guests
Kitchen Management duties - supporting Head Chef
The Person
You will already be a Chef de Partie or ambitious Demi Chef
Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills
Experience of working in Hotels ideally to AA rosette standard
Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
