Pre-Construction Manager

Scope of works: The role will include but will not be limited to:

Working alonside the Lead the technical development to unlock complex and interesting projects.

Unpick invitations for tender and distribute to different disciplines to provide technical solutions.

Co-ordinating and managing technical answers and prioritising for the overall successful delivery of the tender programme and solution.

Producing basic to intermediatory programmes utilising Asta.

Supporting PQQ process and providing technical answers to bid management team.

Producing temporary works design briefs

Creating Outline Method Statements

Managing sub-contractor quotation teams to deliver best possible deliverable programmes and prices. Specific responsibilities: Responsible for assisting the preconstruction lead working alongside preconstruction managers and estimators to ensure tenders are fully technically considered and can be successfully delivered by site teams. Managing producing and giving tender interview presentations Leading site walks to better understand and develop tender strategies. TPBN1_UKTJ
