Senior Legal Counsel - Office of the General Counsel

Interim General Counsel / Corporate Restructuring Lawyer (3–6 months) I'm working with an acquisitive, founder-led, international digital education business seeking an experienced interim lawyer to lead a significant corporate restructuring project. The successful candidate will lead the legal workstream for a proposed international group reorganisation, coordinating external advisers across multiple jurisdictions and driving the execution of a complex cross-border corporate project. Working alongside tax advisers, lenders and external counsel • Advising founders, CEOs and boards on strategic corporate projects This is not a tax advisory role. We're looking for someone who can provide commercial judgement, lead the legal workstream and manage the overall execution of the project. Senior in-house GC or Head of Legal experience Strong corporate/M&A background Immediate start preferred Interim / fractional (flexibility depending on availability) London-based with hybrid working Competitive day rate
