Your new company A well-established and reputable manufacturing organisation based in Lisburn is seeking an experienced Assembly Supervisor to join their team.

Your new role As Assembly Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing day-to-day assembly operations, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
You will lead a team of operatives while driving performance and maintaining strong operational responsibilities: Supervising daily assembly operations to meet production schedules Leading, motivating and supporting assembly teams Ensuring products are assembled in line with specifications and quality standards Monitoring workflow, productivity and labour utilisation Conducting quality checks and maintaining assembly standards Promoting and enforcing health & safety across the department Delivering toolbox talks and supporting training initiatives Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities Maintaining accurate production reporting and documentation What you'll need to succeed Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing or assemblyStrong understanding of production processes and workflow management Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Desirable: Experience in engineering or heavy manufacturing Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles What you'll get in return Competitive salary up to £35,00029 days annual leave (10 of which are floating) Company healthcare scheme Pension scheme Training and development opportunities Career progression pathways Supportive and positive working environment Potential for overtime (subject to business needs) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
