What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process and flagging supply and demand risks early
- Raising and managing factory purchase orders against demand forecasts and inventory needs
- Tracking production schedules, lead times, and inbound deliveries to keep supply on time
- Resolving issues with orders, deliveries, and product availability as they arise
- Acting as the main point of contact between internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners
- Maintaining KPI dashboards and using the data to spot trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Driving continuous improvement across forecasting, inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes
What you'll bring:
- 2 to 4 years' experience in demand planning, supply chain, operations, or xwzovoh manufacturing
- Experience managing an end-to-end supply chain, ideally with third-party manufacturing partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable digging into the detail
- A track record of simplifying or automating processes to drive efficiency
- Confidence coordinating across sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams
- The ability to stay on top of multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
If you like the idea of owning the link between demand and supply at a brand that's genuinely on the up, this is one worth exploring.
