Care Assistant (Elderly Care)

We are looking for a Care Assistants, working 22.5 hours per week, to support the provision of care by attending to the needs and rights of older individuals within a caring environment. Care duties including medication administration and Care Plans, personal care and activities. 6 week rolling rota which includes some weekend work. Must be able to work shifts of 7.30 - 3.30 and 2 -10pm There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
