Service Co-ordinator - Lift Industry Kent | Office-based £25,000-£32,000 Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Looking for a role where you can build a career within the lift industry, rather than just take another job? We're working with an established and growing lift business that has built a strong reputation within the industry. They're now looking to add a Service Co-ordinator to their team and are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of the business. You'll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where your work genuinely makes a difference. You'll have plenty of responsibility, regular interaction with engineers and clients, and the opportunity to develop your knowledge of the lift industry. What you'll be doing: Coordinate engineers and book service visits. Liaise with clients on schedules, updates and completed works. Manage service and breakdown callouts. Coordinate subcontractors, POs and invoices. Monitor service reports and follow-up works. Keep systems and records accurate and up to date. Support invoicing and client KPI reporting. Manage daily engineer communication and handovers. What we're looking for: Previous lift industry or service coordination experience is essential. Someone highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating with clients, engineers and subcontractors. Able to prioritise and stay calm in a busy environment. Proactive, reliable and keen to take ownership. Good IT and administration skills. Why consider it?
