About the Role

We are currently supporting a leading private healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Radiology Manager for a maternity cover position at a well-established hospital in Bristol.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Diagnostic Imaging service during a period of investment and transformation, supported by modern state-of-the-art equipment and strong national clinical leadership.

As Radiology Manager, you will play a key role in shaping service delivery, leading a high-performing imaging team, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging team
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred imaging services
• Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives
• Work closely with senior clinical and operational stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with HCPC and relevant regulatory standards
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

About You

We are looking for an experienced and motivated radiology leader who brings:

• HCPC registration (essential)
• Previous experience in a Radiology / Imaging management role
• Strong leadership and people management capability
• A passion for service improvement and staff development
• The ability to thrive in a busy, high-quality xwzovoh clinical environment
