Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will drive projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring technical, commercial, quality, and regulatory requirements are achieved. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate engineering activities across the product development lifecycle. Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout development activities. Ensure product specifications, quality standards, and compliance requirements are met. Support the creation, review, and management of technical documentation. Coordinate development testing, validation, and verification activities. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Identify and implement improvements to development processes and project delivery methods.About YouYou will have a strong technical background combined with proven project management experience within an engineering or technology-driven environment. Essential Experience & Skills Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Experience with special purpose machinery Demonstrable project management experience within an engineering environment. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and projects. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Familiarity with quality management processes and controlled development environments. Competent user of project management and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced setting.Desirable Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, automation, manufacturing, or systems engineering. Experience with CAD systems, simulation tools, or design-for-manufacture principles. Exposure to ERP systems.
