About the role
GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager based in Crick to lead the implementation of Lean across multiple sites, driving measurable efficiency and cost savings.
You will own strategic improvements, influencing senior leadership and frontline teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement. The role is a full-time, permanent position with standard hours Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00.
