Call Centre Agent - Customer Service

The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Call Centre Agent to join a busy customer service team in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.
Hours:
7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
Duties include:
Handling customer enquiries and service requests
Scheduling and coordinating jobs across the UK
Supporting customers with orders and online systems
Assisting with onboarding onto the company platform
General admin and customer service supportWhat we're looking for:
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Strong communication skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using systems and handling multiple tasks
