Commercial Gas and Steam Engineer

Position: Commercial Gas and Steam Engineer Location: South Mimms (static site) Duration: Permanent Salary: up to £58,000 subject to experience level We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Heating Engineer with a strong working knowledge of Steam Heating systems for a full time, permanent position on a very large static site in South Mimms This large educational site holds a number of multi skilled engineers that are mechanical and electrical bias. We are looking for an engineer, preferably at senior level who is experienced in dealing with commercial heating and building services maintenance. It is essential that this person has a strong knowledge of large steam systems and has BOAS (boiler operation accreditation scheme) This is a Monday to Friday position, however we will require this engineer to join a rota to do weekend steam checks Requirements Strong mechanical engineer Commutable to South Mimms Must hold at least CODNCO1, CIGA, TPCP1A and CDGA1 Level 3 Mechanical Qualification BOAS (boiler operation accreditation scheme) Must he happy to deal with other on sitemaintenance duties Need to be able to join the rota to complete weekend steam checks Package Excellent basic salary Overtime available Pension Holidays No vehicle due to it being a static site If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
