The Opportunity
A leading, multidisciplinary planning and development consultancy is seeking a Senior Town Planner to join its London office.
This highly respected consultancy operates at the forefront of the UK development sector, providing planning, economics, heritage and environmental advice on some of the country's most high-profile and complex schemes. Their client base includes major developers, institutional investors, landowners and public sector organisations, with projects spanning large-scale regeneration, strategic land and city-centre developments.

The Role
As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in managing projects and advising clients, while supporting junior team members and contributing to business development.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing planning applications and appeals across a range of sectors
Providing strategic planning advice to clients
Preparing high-quality planning reports and statements
Leading on client and stakeholder engagement
Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
Supporting and mentoring junior planners
Contributing to business development and client relationshipsYou will work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including major mixed-use, residential and commercial developments in London and across the UK.
About You
RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
MRTPI qualified (or working towards with relevant experience)
Proven experience within a consultancy xwzovoh or local authority environment
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system, particularly in London
Excellent report writing and communication skills
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approachWhat's on Offer
