They offer a ground-breaking and value solutions for all clients.They are a skilled and experienced company that undertake a range of traditional and Design and Build in Educational, Residential, Commercial and Retail projects.Due to their success and strong turnover whilst delivering outstanding results, they now have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join them on permanent basis, overseeing a range of schemes.Quantity Surveyor ResponsibilitiesPreparing tender and contract documents whilst carrying out cost analysis for tendersCarry out risk and value management and cost control whilst guiding on procurement strategiesPreparing a monthly cost report and monthly sub-contract valuationsMaintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.Personal Specification & Requirements Highly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsDegree qualified or EquivalentEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetIdeally Degree qualified / other relative qualificationsAble to work autonomously on more than one project at a timeExcellent commercial awarenessThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression and looking for a good work life balance.
