Kingston Barnes has a fantastic opportunity for a Production Shift Lead for one of our manufacturing clients in the Bristol area. Our client specialises in machining complex machined parts for the aerospace industry and is looking for a Production Lead to oversee production to ensure safety, quality, and output targets are met. Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise the shopfloor staff to ensure tasks are completed to required standards and schedules * Monitor and report on shift performance * Drive and support Total productive maintenance activities * Promote lean manufacturing principles * Be the point of liaison between the shop floor and management * Complete accurate shift handover reports, production logs, and incident records * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment * Assist in setting and operating CNC machines when required About you: * A proven background in leadership within a precision manufacturing environment * Experienced CNC, assembly, or precision engineering background * Ability to motivated and guide a team * Strong communicator * Proven background in coaching and team development * Experience within aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing environment * Experience conducting shift handovers and daily production meetings The Benefits: * £43,000 - £45,690 per annum * Monday to Friday, 37-hour working week * Overtime at time and a half * Company Pension * 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays * Cycle to Work Scheme * Enhanced Family Friendly benefits * Health care cash plan * DIS benefit * Onsite Free Parking If you are interested, please call Josh Hoyle on (phone number removed) or apply online * Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position
