About the role

Advanced Scaffolder* Job Title:* Advanced Scaffolder *Griffiths & Son Ltd are seeking an experienced Advanced Scaffolder to join our in-house Scaffolding Division. The successful candidate will work across a range of construction projects, including more complex scaffolding structures, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. *Erect, alter, and dismantle complex scaffolding structures * Ensure all scaffolding works comply with current regulations and safety standards * Supervise and support scaffolding teams on site * Carry out inspections and identify any safety concerns * Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety *CISRS Advanced Scaffolder qualification * Valid CSCS card * Strong scaffolding industry experience * Good knowledge of TG20 and scaffolding regulations xkybehq * Full UK driving licence preferred * HGV Licence (Preferable but not essential) *22 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays * Competitive Salary * On-site parking *Full-time * Permanent
