We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our HR team and provide support across a wide range of employee relations and HR activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, generalist HR role and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. As HR Advisor, you will provide practical HR support and guidance to managers and employees across the site. Managing employee relations casework, including disciplinary, grievance, absence and capability matters. Monitoring and analysing absence trends and supporting effective absence management. Assisting with long-term sickness cases in partnership with Occupational Health and management teams. Providing advice on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems. Experienced in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role. Confident managing a wide range of employee relations cases.
