Unqualified Teachers & Cover Supervisors – Buckinghamshire | £110–£140/day Flexible daily supply work across Buckinghamshire & surrounding areas Principal Education is looking for passionate, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to work as Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Buckinghamshire. We are looking for candidates based in High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, Marlow, Gerrards Cross and surrounding areas who are looking for flexible teaching opportunities. These are flexible, daily supply roles, giving you the freedom to choose when you’re available to work, with opportunities for ongoing roles also available. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher, delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a safe, positive and productive learning environment. You won’t be expected to plan or teach lessons, but you’ll play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, engagement and behaviour. What You MUST demonstrate Right to work in the UK Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Ability to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Flexibility, adaptability and confidence to think on your feet A calm and professional approach under pressure An enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or willingness to complete a new application Overseas police clearance if you have lived abroad for 6+ months within the last 5 years Based in Buckinghamshire or within a commutable distance Pay & Benefits £110–£140 per day for flexible daily cover, depending on experience Higher pay rates available for ongoing roles, aligned with the unqualified teacher pay scale ( (phone number removed) You can also get set up quickly through our bespoke App by clicking here
