Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience while working hands-on with children with SEN or provide academic support to those struggling?
The Role
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
- Assist in implementing individualised learning plans
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development
- Observe and report on pupils' progress
- Learn practical strategies for supporting children with a range of additional needs
- Build valuable classroom experience to support a future career in education
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in education and SEN
- Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children's lives
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professional skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
