Role: Head of Engineering
Location: London/Hybrid
Salary: £90K -£120K + Benefits

Ross Kaneis seeking to appoint a head of engineering for an exciting scaleup.

Requirements

9+ years backend engineering with 6+ years in leadership roles
Lead over 20 backend engineers including devops
Extensive mentoring experience
A good understanding of architecture patterns
Expertise with AWS eco-system
IAM and Networking knowledge including VPC, subnets, and gateways
Tech Stack: Dynamo DB or similar, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Go, Python, Linux CLI, Redis, Elastic
Mobile - IOS/Android will be considered favourable
Implementing best practice in operational management to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine processes and enhance overall performance.
