Job ID: procurement-manager-london-infrastructureSalary: 60,000 - 80,000Company: LJB & CoProcurement Manager – Infrastructure – LondonWe are currently partnering with a globally recognised cost consultancy with a proven track record in a variety of industries. They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking several experienced Procurement Managers to join their team in London to aid with various infrastructure construction projects (i.e. Rail, Water, Aviation, Energy etc.).Responsibilities• Procurement Strategy Development – Lead the creation and implementation of procurement strategies for large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budget, and programme.
• Tendering & Contracting – Oversee the preparation of tender documentation, manage supplier evaluations, and lead negotiations to secure competitive and compliant outcomes.
• Commercial & Contract Management – Administer procurement contracts (NEC, FIDIC, or equivalent), including handling variations, supplier performance reviews, and dispute resolution.
• Supply Chain Management – Build and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, ensuring the supply chain delivers on time, cost, and quality.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight – Identify procurement risks, monitor market conditions, and ensure adherence to client governance, sustainability goals, and regulatory frameworks.
• Client Advisory & Reporting – Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clear commercial insights, market intelligence, and procurement progress reports to support informed decision-making.RequirementsMust hold valid MRICS or MCIPS qualifications
Successful candidate must hold relevant degree level qualifications
Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Infrastructure projects working consultancy/client sideBenefits60,000 - 80,000 + Excellent Package
