About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer (3+ years’ PQE) to join a fast-growing, AI-native residential conveyancing firm based in London. This is a hands-on role with real leadership in it: you will run your own caseload while building and developing the team around you.

The Team

Our client is a regulated law firm built specifically for moving home, with technology at the heart of how it works. AI handles much of the routine drafting, so fee-earners can spend their time on judgement, quality and client service rather than admin. The conveyancing team is growing, and this hire will help shape its culture, processes and standards from the ground up.

The Role

You will run your own caseload of residential matters end-to-end, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, while hiring, line-managing and training junior conveyancers. You will act as a point of escalation on complex or unusual files and support the Head of Conveyancing on day-to-day operations as the team scales. The role also includes contributing to internal training, know-how and thought leadership, and working closely with the engineering team to test and improve the AI tools used in the firm’s workflows.

Key Qualifications

  • Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Strong technical skills across sales, purchases, leasehold, new build and re-mortgages, and comfortable running complex files with minimal supervision
  • Experience of line-managing and developing junior staff
  • Confident communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and colleagues
  • A genuine interest in legal technology and AI
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
  • Existing right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious conveyancer to step into a leadership role at a genuinely innovative firm, with hybrid working (three days a week in the office), share options and a strong commitment to training and development.

To apply, please submit your CV detailing your experience and suitability for the role.
