Newark, Nottinghamshire - Full Time - Salary up to £50,000

SF Partners are partnering with an established business to recruit a Brand and Marketing Manager.

With a portfolio of innovative in-house brands and exclusive distribution partnerships, this entrepreneurial business is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded marketer to help drive its next stage of growth.

The role

Working alongside an established in-house design team, you'll shape brand positioning, identify opportunities and develop campaigns that build awareness and drive sales. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, giving you the opportunity to influence a diverse portfolio of brands.

Key responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing plans across multiple brands and product categories.
Create clear, inspiring creative briefs for the in-house design team.
Lead product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
Manage trade marketing, PR and media relationships.
Work closely with brand partners and suppliers to maximise marketing opportunities.
Plan and deliver exhibitions and events.
Identify opportunities to grow brand awareness, customer engagement and sales.
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve results.

About you

Proven marketing experience with a strong track record of building brands and delivering campaigns.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to turn ideas into effective creative briefs.
A balance of commercial awareness and creative thinking.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to bring new ideas to life.
