This role will suit an experienced Registered Manager who knows what good looks like, has delivered strong Ofsted outcomes, and wants to join an organisation that is being honest about the past and serious about getting it right.

What youll bring to the team as Registered Manager: Extensive experience in residential childcare Previous experience managing and supervising staff Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes You will receive: Salary of £51,731 to £59,606with bonus potential up to £18,000 Potential relocation support 25 days annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave Medicash, life assurance and salary sacrifice benefits Clear progression, funded qualifications and a strong support network around you If you are an experienced Registered Manager ready to build something better, we want to hear from you.
