We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable franchised main dealer in St Austell for a Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a friendly, professional team within a well-established organisation that values its staff and invests in ongoing training and career development.

• Competitive salary circa £32,000, dependent on experience

Duties:

• Diagnosing vehicle faults accurately using technical knowledge and equipment
• Conducting repairs and routine servicing to manufacturer standards
• Road testing vehicles to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Handling parts correctly and ensuring proper storage
• Providing excellent customer service and vehicle care as the Vehicle Technician
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician or equivalent
• Experience in diagnostics, repairs, and routine servicing
• Previous MOT testing experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Full UK driving licence
