Senior Project Manager – Software / SaaS

Fully Remote | UK Only / FTC until December 2026 (perm thereafter every likelihood)

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex software and SaaS programmes— someone who brings both the rigour of strong delivery and the adaptability to thrive in a transformation environment.

This is more than a traditional PM role. You’ll be working within the health tech sector at the intersection of product change and organisational transformation, meaning you’ll need to be as comfortable managing key external customer relationships and onboarding programmes as you are running governance and driving delivery to deadlines.

What you’ll bring:

**Extensive experience delivering software or SaaS projects end-to-end

**A confident, hands-on delivery style with a structured approach to governance and reporting

**Proven ability to manage customer-facing workstreams — including onboarding, training, and change management

**The gravitas to lead stakeholder conversations at all levels

**Comfort operating in fast-moving, xwzovoh ambiguous environments where product and programme work overlap
