Role Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial cleaning contracts across the South, covering Surrey, Hampshire, and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who enjoys leading teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring services are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, you will take responsibility for the operational performance of your contract portfolio. Working closely with Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives, you will ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation

• Managing the operational performance of multiple commercial cleaning contracts.
• Leading, motivating and developing Supervisors and Cleaning Operatives.
