We are currently recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Head Waiter / Waitress to join a busy, food-led pub environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside the owner in a hands-on role within a welcoming and high-quality setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the front of house, delivering excellent service and helping to create a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests.

This is not a traditional structured management setup - the whole team is involved in delivering the experience, contributing to the theatre and energy of the space.

The Role
The Head Waiter / Waitress will be responsible for:
Supporting the day-to-day running of the front of house
Delivering exceptional, personable guest service
Leading by example on the floor within a small, hands-on team
Supporting the owner and stepping up to cover in their absence when required
Contributing to the overall atmosphere and guest experience

The successful Head Waiter / Waitress will have the following:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy pub or restaurant
A confident and personable approach with guests
Strong multitasking ability within a small team environment
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to step up when needed
An interest in food, provenance and quality produce
