As Junior Sous you will support running the kitchen with a high level of cooking ability, organisational skills, and leadership to maintain and raise standards where possible, while working closely with the senior Chefs and the rest of the brigade.. Modern Fine Dining Cooking Skills and experience are required and sought for this position.

You will come from a Michelin or 3-4 Rosette background with at least 1 year as a Junior Sous in experience, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail..

A very competitive salary package of up to 43k depending on experience... Local accommodation can be offered also - transport is advantageous..
