Director, Asset Management Operations

Octopus Energy Group is seeking an AM Operations Director to architect and embed the operating framework for Asset Management as OEGEN expands. The role requires ownership across funds, assets and platforms, ensuring standards are applied consistently and performance is monitored.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years in renewables or related infrastructure, experience in portfolio operations or COO-type roles, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional improvements and risk reporting at scale.
