Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in Tamworth. If you have a proven track record Sales Support and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses
* Provide general administrative support to the sales team
* Update and maintain customer accounts accurately
* Prepare and send out customer quotations
* Welcome and meet clients on-site, providing excellent customer service
* Support with customer reviews and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and queries
* Build in-depth knowledge of customer accounts and the company's product portfolio
Experience Required for This Role
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* A proactive attitude and a strong desire to build a career within a market-leading organisation Experience of working in a customer service environment
* Full clean driving license and own vehicle
