You should be confident in your ability to secure new customers with experience of Marketing / Business Development / Sales; will ideally possess an understanding of technology in terms of product design, branding, manufacturing and innovation and will bring a passion for ensuring sustainability.

There are no specific industry background requirements for this Product Innovation Business Development role; your particular expertise will be harnessed and used to help companies to achieve their future product development growth. Experience of working within a start-up technology/ product development company would be beneficial, where you have represented companies at conferences etc. as would the ability to adapt well between different industrial sectors.

As part of a talented team within Business Development for Product Innovation you will undertake relationship management and commercial strategy; leading and operating innovation projects as well as growing the team and facilities.
