About the role
The Opportunity
As Global Implementation Director, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multinational RPO solutions across your global client base. Reporting to the MD responsible for Client Implementations, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless implementation, stakeholder engagement, and governance across large-scale programs.
You will act as the senior point of contact for clients during transition and transformation phases, collaborating closely with operations, sales, technology, and change management teams to design and execute implementation strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes.
This is a critical leadership role, setting the standard for innovation and excellence in RPO delivery across global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global and drive regional RPO implementation projects ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budget.
- Manage and develop the regional Implementation Leads ensuring cohesion, accountability, and professional growth.
- Develop and execute implementation frameworks, governance models, and success measures.
- Serve as trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong partnerships at executive level.
- Manage cross‑functional project teams across multiple geographies, ensuring accountability and excellence in delivery.
- Oversee change management and communications strategies to drive adoption and engagement.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues where necessary to maintain project integrity.
- Partner with technology and data teams to enable systems integration and reporting solutions.
- Continuously improve implementation methodologies, bringing thought leadership and innovation to the process.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex RPO or talent acquisition implementation projects across EMEA and globally.
- Strong people leadership skills, with experience managing regional or global teams in a matrixed environment.
- Project management expertise, ideally with formal accreditation (e.g. PMP, Prince2, Agile).
- Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, RPO operating models, and workforce technology platforms (e.g. ATS, CRM, HRIS).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and build trusted relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance client needs with operational excellence.
- Experience leading diverse, multicultural teams across multiple geographies.
- Willingness to travel across EMEA and globally as required.
