Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency Battersea, London, SW11 25,000 - £30,000 basic + commission (OTE £45,000 - £60,000+) Monday - Friday + Saturdays (day in lieu) About the Company A leading, high-performing estate agency in Battersea is looking for a driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced market with strong earning potential and clear progression. The Role You will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, building relationships with vendors and buyers, and driving deals through to completion. Key Responsibilities Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties Booking and conducting property viewings Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and prospective clients Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Progressing sales through to completion Generating new business and winning instructions Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate client and property details Providing a high level of customer service at all times Keeping up to date with local market trends Requirements Previous experience in estate agency/property preferredHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
